hello, while viewing utube movies/video i get interupted display of voice and picture and i rcant download it with real playe

hi,i use adobe flash player for viewing youtube,
and the free VCL media player for playing the downloads(it supports many codecs).
the only program i use to download from youtube is java,and a site called clipnabber.
i use to use a program called DAP(download eccelorator plus),but often found malware added to my toolbar.
heres how i do it without the addons of other programs.

you might have a slow connection. have you checked the speed of your internet?
