hi i would recommend uninstalling adobe flash player and installing a new version

http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

if that doesnt resolve the problem i think you may have malware on your PC and might want to scan it for any threats, heres a good vid that Joey made showing How-To Thoroughly Remove Malware, Spyware, Adware and Viruses from your PC for Free

hi, Davo,
Thank you very much for your reply. actually I used the most up-dated version adobe flash player and brower. There is no problem with my window also because I just reinstalled my window software. I am thinking to use other web flash player to replace adobe flash player. Do you know any other web flash players have the similar function as adobe flash player? Thank you very much.

Hi Lucy Smiley
seeing as you have a fresh install of windows,i think it may have something to do with your antivirus.if you dissabled it during the install, then closed your browser, restart your antivirus and reopened the browser it may fix your problem.
also you could use a different browser like firefox or chrome and install it to that browser.
Ive never used an alternative myself but if you like i can search for one, just let me know?
i did find an AdobeFlashPlayer Stand Alone install that had similar comments related issues to yours at this site.

http://www.softwarepatch.com/internet/flash.html

the comments seem positive on that page.
i would make a system restore point before installing it tho just incase theres any problems.

oh yea and you should try uninstalling your programs with Revo Uninstaller. it removes leftover registry and program folders (just junk left behind after uninstalling programs) *the free version works fine*
also i use Ccleaner aswell to permanently remove my history, passwords, activity's etc... it also scans and fixes dead registry keys.
