Patience please.  Yes, I'm a senior citizen (62) and need help.  I have Windows XP with Internet Explorer.  I have tried numerous times to download Adobe Flash Player with no success.  The only website where I cannot view videos is Fox News.  All is get is a black box with the Adobe Flash Player box in top left corner.  After trying to install the player, receiving the "Installation Complete" message, rebooting and then checking the website again---same problem----unable to view videos on Fox News.  Am I just old and stupid?  What am I failing to do properly?  I certainly do not want to anything to prevent the viewing of videos on other sites.  Help please.  Thank you!

I recommend that you download, install and use the Firefox web browser. There are less problems with it and it is a tad more secure.

Download Firefox at: http://www.firefox.com

After Firefox is downloaded and installed you can get the Adobe Flash Player at: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer
