Is there any way I can restore my Black Ops, ''Player'' data back to it's original settings? I think I might have messed it up

If you are talking about the Multiplayer data it should be saved automatically on "the cloud" since you have a Steam account.

If you are taking about the Single Player data, if that was deleted I don't know of a way of getting it back.
