How do I change desktop icons to pictures that I have saved on my computer?

Hi Mardan,

That is a very good topic for a future tutorial. In the meanwhile I will give you a brief instruction on how to change desktop icons to personal pictures on your PC.

Step 1 – Go to the following site, upload your personal picture, convert it to an icon and download it to your PC
http://www.sherv.net/icon-maker/

Step 2 – Right-click the desktop shortcut you wish to change, select “Properties” from the menu and then click the “Change Icon” button

Step 3 – Browse your PC for the icon you just created from the website and select it
