I'm running Windows XP w/ SP3. It was there but now it is giving me an error message and also saying that it is already installed.
However, it won't work for me. Can you please help me out. This is my first time using your site. Thanks in advance.

hello,is the error message a missing short cut or something, can you go to start menu, control panel, add and remove programs.
are you able to see it in there?
if its still in add and remove programs, you maybe missing an important file.
if you can,try and uninstall it then install a new download.
