Lately I have noticed that people are complaining "Internet Explorer has stopped working" and they need help. I may be able to help but I need as much info from you as possible, mainly the following info below...

#1 - What version of Internet Explorer do you have? 6, 7, 8 or 9?

#2 - Does Internet Explorer stop working on certain sites or does it fail on all sites?

#3 - What is the speed of your CPU and how much RAM do you have?

#4 - What version of Windows are you running? (XP, Vista, 7)

Hopefully with all that info above I can help you to solve your "Internet Explorer has stopped working" problem  Smiley
