I bought learning CD and tried to play on my PC. But CD didn't auto-play.
My operating system software is window XP2000 professional..
1. So I open "my computer" and find to click the "application file" to play the video but CD cannot play and "select a file" window appears.
2. and I tried to open the "avi" folder and "video tasks" > click "play all" but nothing happy(appear).
3. when I click individual "avi" file, it plays on window media player. But individual "avi" file does not mix together with "video" and "audio". One "avi" file is video file and another is "audio" file. It cannot play continuously.

So how can I solve this problem?

Thanks advance for your reply.

Hello, welcome to the site.

I am familiar with computes not being able to play certain video files. Checkout my video tutorial on How-To Play Any Video File on your PC.

Tell me what happens after you follow the tutorial.  Smiley

Dear Joey,
Thanks for your reply.
My problem is video (animation) and voice do not play together.
I also tried to download your 2 video players as your video tutorial and played with them. The same problem appeared. Video can play both players but video (animation) and voice do not play together. When I use  other person PC, there has no problem. Video (animation) and voice played together.

When you use another person's PC what player do you use? Do you use the same player on your computer?

Another thing, How fast is the other person's computer? How fast is yours? I have an older laptop that can't play full video or animation, the video and audio are out of sync. But when I play the video or animation on my main computer the video and audio are perfect, run smooth, in sync.

Dear Joey,
I bought my PC(DIY) in Dec 2007. My PC & other persons used the same player called "Storm2009-0529". I tried with 3 other PC. There has no problem with their PC. There has the same problem happened although I copied all files from CD to my PC and then I tried to play with all players I have.
CD can play on players but video and audio voice do not to play together.Player play the video file first and then play the audio file.

Thanks

If there are any programs running in the background (that startup when Windows starts)? I suggest closing them. It will free up more RAM (memory) and CPU power.
I also suggest making sure you have updated to the latest version of the Storm player.
