Monitoring software needed for my restaurant.

Good day! We have opened a restaurant almost a year now, to boost our profit we have to maintain our social networking sites, and email accounts to respond to our valued customers. We recently hired two virtual assistant and ask them to work on the same time frame as our but we don’t have a way of monitoring them. So we need a monitoring software or employee monitor to help us to monitor the employees' activities. Does any program exist to do this? Where can I buy it? I will be graceful if someone could guide me and also suggest what are the possible things to keep in mind while purchasing software like this. Thank you!
