Synonyms do not show in short cut menu some time. What is problem with? It mostly happens with pasted text.

The work around this problem and to make sure that the Synonyms menu always pops up is to do the following whenever you paste any text into Word.

- Select from the top of the toolbar "Paste" --> "Paste Special"
- Then select "Unformatted Text"
