Try using the free program CCleaner to clean up the Nero leftovers. Be sure to use the CCleaner "Cleaner" and "Registry" options. In case you need it I linked below a step-by-step tutorial that will show you exactly what to do.

Did you use the "Registry" cleaner option within CCleaner?

Assuming that you uninstalled, "Nero Photosnap Viewer" via the Windows default method or using something like Revo Uninstaller. Then using CCleaner. The only thing that appears to have been leftover and not removed is the mention of the program on the AutoPlay menu (from looking at your screen capture).

Since there is no Nero icon on the AutoPlay menu and it only shows a default icon that it means it should be uninstalled since it cannot find the program.

I am assuming you are using Windows Vista from the background of the screen capture you posted? I found a free utility that will allow you to Delete the "Nero Photosnap Viewer" entry from the AutoPlay menu. I linked it below.
