Uninstall programs you never or rarely use to free up hard drive space. I recommend using the freeware utility Revo Uninstaller. http://www.revouninstaller.com/

The software that take up the most amount of space on my computer are games and software suites. An example is Call of Duty World at War, it takes up almost 7 GB. Adobe Creative suite takes up just over 6 GB. I am not sure what programs you have on your computer, just use Revo Uninstaller to browse and properly uninstall the software you do not want.

What are the file extensions of those Roxio files? If you don't know how to find that information out check out the following How-To View File Extensions Article and Video Tutorial.

You mentioned 6 Roxio files but those are 11 file extensions for at least 11 files. I am a bit confused.  Huh

np.

If you want to uninstall the Roxio program completely those 11 groups of file extensions would just be leftover files. It is okay to delete them as long as they were in the original Roxio directory/folder. If those files are in another folder do not remove them or else they will disable another program.
