Hmm to remove junk files use ccleaner. And to manage your data there is a program called everything or something like that.

I have a similar drive situation. It does get really crazy sometimes when I am trying to look for a file within 2 TB worth of data. What I do is index all of my drives using the free Google Desktop Search. Then I can more easily find the file.

I do not know of any data managers. But I did look around and found this. It might help you out.

thanx to everyone to give valuable suggestion.
I read reviews an software utility from Cnet and after reading the review, i used it for the same.
I quite happy with that utility named Advanced System Optimizer.
1. I could view my large 100 files by its Disk Explorer and removed unused file to save space around 10GB Smiley.
2. I could find duplicate files by its Duplicate Files Remover and removed all duplicate except original one and saved around 5GB space Smiley.
this is a great tool for me.
thanx to all and Cnet to provide a good data managing and optimizing tool. Smiley

You can use de-fragmentation for your all partition of hard drive. By this you can manage your unused blank space for hard disk.
