So you reinstalled Windows and now the screen, particularly the videos do not look good. I believe Windows seems to lag a bit now, correct?

I get this almost every time I reinstall Windows on a computer. The problem is due to Windows not installing the proper drivers when it is reinstalled. The fix is to correct the problem the reinstall of Windows caused but installing the proper drivers from the graphics card website or the PC manufacturer's website.

I can direct you to the proper place to find the video graphics driver that will solve your issue but I need you to answer 3 questions to help me figure out the exact computer you own.

- Is it a laptop or desktop?

- What is the make of your computer (like was it made by eMachine, Compaq, HP, Dell, Gateway, LG or possibly 20 other companies I did not mention?)

- What it the exact model # of your PC?

Hello,

I found the HP driver web page for your computer Smiley

Download and install BOTH drivers listed for the "Driver - Graphics" category
I assume you have Vista 32-bit? If you have Vista 64-bit aka "x64" just follow the "Select your operating system:" drop down menu option to the 64-bit version.

The solution is to find and install the correct video card drivers. Maybe you have them on a CD or DVD that came with the computer?
