This is very important for any of you that visit YouTube, Facebook and any sites that you can view videos on. Basically the vast majority of Internet users in the world. Adobe has recently released an important Flash Player Update. The new Adobe Flash Player Update version is 10.0.45.2.
[adblockingdetector id=”1″]This new Adobe Flash Update fixes security vulnerabilities to earlier versions. The vulnerabilities could cause your web browser to crash or open up your computer to malicious software (“malware”) being downloaded to it without you knowing and even allowing someone to hack into your computer.
Here is the way I recommend you install the new Adobe Flash Player Update…
Step 1 – Using the free Revo Uninstaller, thoroughly uninstall any/all instances of “Adobe Flash” and/or “Adobe Flash Player” that are installed on your computer. I recommend using Revo’s “Advanced” method. Revo Uninstaller Tutorial linked here
Step 2 – Very Important for a successful install! DISABLE or EXIT ALL Anti-Virus, Firewall, Security and Pop-up blocker software/toolbars you may have. Over half of the unsuccessful Adobe Flash installs people ask me to help them with are due to overprotective software they have installed on their computer
Step 3 – Once you have disabled or exited all of your software that might not allow for a clean install go to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ to download and install the latest Adobe Flash Player Update
That is it. Now you can get back to Facebook, YouTube or any other of the millions of Flash supported sites on the Internet.
