If nothing works there is a chance your PC is infected with at least 1 virus. Below is a guide I created that will show you how to clean your PC from viruses, malware and spyware.

STEP 1: Download / Install Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware

STEP 2: Run a Thorough / Full scan using Anti-Malware
——– Follow all on-screen instructions

STEP 3: Download / Install SuperAntiSpyware

STEP 4: Run a Thorough / Full scan using SuperAntiSpyware
——– Follow all on-screen instructions

STEP 5: Download / Install Dr. Web CureIt
——– http://www.freedrweb.com/cureit/

STEP 6: Uninstall anything related to “Flash” or “Shockwave” on your computer

STEP 7: Restart your computer

STEP 8: Install Adobe Flash from here: https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

STEP 9: Go play your Flash content (games, movies, youtube)
