I upgraded from Windows 8.1 to Widows 10 recently and now I can not get Flash Videos to play. The version of Flash that I am using is:18.0.0.232. I usually use Chrome and when it would not play in Chrome I tried Firefox. In Firefox I could gear the sound but I could not see the video. Next I tried Edge and it still would not play. I went into the setting in Edge and did make sure that Flash Player was enabled but it still will not play. I uninstalled Flasg then reinstalled it but that did not work either. It still will not play in any of the browers, I am not sure what to do next?
Hello,
If you disable “Hardware Acceleration” being used to process Flash videos, there is a good chance it will solve your problem.
Checkout the instructions I gave a Windows 10 user that was having trouble playing Flash videos on Facebook. Please Note, even though I was specific in saying it would solve his Facebook problem, in reality it solves Flash video playback problems on a lot of sites that use Adobe Flash technology.

For Step #5, instead of going on Facebook, go on whatever site is giving you problems and play a video.
Yes, Your suggestion did solve the problem, it plays fine now. “Thank You” for your help, I do very much appreciate it!
You are welcome! 😀
