Hugely popular on the ClearTechInfo YouTube Channel are video tutorials that teach you how-to delete your Internet Browser history, cookies, cache, form data, passwords, etc. What you may not know is that when you delete your complete Internet history via your browser there is still a separate log on your computer that lists every site you have been on.

[adblockingdetector id=”1″]The remains of your web browsing history is a log of the “DNS entries” which is a list of all the website addresses you have visited (I learned of this recently via Lifehacker). Using the latest versions of CCleaner you are able to thoroughly delete your Internet History, Cache, Cookies, Form Data and even your DNS entries/cache very easily. I have used CCleaner to erase all the mentioned data on Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera and Safari.

CCleaner is a free program and it is compatible with Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7 and 8 (32 and 64-bit versions of all of the mentioned operating systems).
