I have messed up things on my pc

Windows 7 ultimate
2 GB ram
The thing I accidentally made all the users ( as well as the administrator) standard users . NOW when I wanted to make things Normal , I tried opening control panel but it was no where to be shown . Control Panel is missing and there is no adminstrator to my PC
Now when I try to do something it shows “ACCESS IS DENIED ” AND ” YOU NEED TO HAVE ADMINISTRATIVE RIGHTS TO OPEN THE FILES ” II AM A student I have files to download and do my homework . And I don’t even have a control panel in my whole computer to sort things right . Please help me
