There is a safe way of using Adobe Flash without having to worry about every downloading anything bad.
Use the Google Chrome browser for every website that you need to use Adobe Flash on. You never have to download or install any Adobe Flash player on it because the web browser has it built in. Also when there is a new Adobe Flash update Google Chrome will automatically install it for you. So if you get any message on a website saying you need to update Flash you will know that the site or link is 100% bad and you never have to take a chance on those links again.

    Google Chome, free download: http://www.google.com/chrome/
