How-To Test to see if the Adobe Flash Player plug-in installed correctly

RE: help
You might have an anti-virus, firewall, pop-up blocker or other security program blocking Adobe Flash from being installed or working properly. You need to disable them or temporarily turn them off, the reinstall. Follow the instructions below…
#1 – It is VERY important that you go to the following site on both Internet Explorer and Firefox. It will test to see if Flash is installed Flash always installs on Firefox without telling you it is successful. So you never know it is installed until you test it out http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/welcome/
#2 – After you tested Adobe Flash on Firefox and Internet Explorer with the link above and know for sure that it does not work on one or both browsers proceed to the instructions below
#3 – Make sure any and all anti-virus, firewall, pop-up blockers and any other security software is now turned off or disabled
#4 – Install the fresh copy of the Adobe Flash Player onto your browser from the following site http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

A User on YouTube commented about a Flash Player Install...
"You know the downloads part? When you have to double click? I clicked on it, and the screen turns darker, then it says a Program needs your permission blah blah blah, I go to continue, and It shows another box saying Adobe Flash Player Plug In Setup, The Following Applications need to be closed before The Adobe Flash Player Plug In Can Be Installed. Below it, it shows Firefox. I click on it, and it shows a bar saying "Try again" I click on Try again, BUT NOTHING HAPPENS"

I am familiar problem. 1st, you need to find the location where the Flash Player was installed. Go into that directory, drag and drop the Flash Player download to your Desktop (DO NOT open it up at that point). Then follow the instructions below...
1. Restart your computer
2. After you login to Windows DO NOT open any programs
3. Double-click the Adobe Flash Player you downloaded
4. To verify Flash was installed checkout this tutorial, http://www.cleartechinfo.com/Learn-How-To-Test-Adobe-Flash-Shockwave-Acr...

How-To Find the Location of all your Firefox downloads
Here is how you find the location of the Firefox, “Downloads”…
1. Open up Firefox if it isn’t already open
2. At the Top-Left menu select, “Tools” then go down to and click “Options” and a pop-up will appear
3. If it is not already selected click the, “Main” tab at the Top-Left of the pop-up
4. In the middle of that little pop-up it has, “Downloads” options. It will tell you exactly where all files downloaded by Firefox are located
Extra: You can change the location of all Future Firefox downloads under that same menu. I like to make all downloads from Firefox go directly to my Windows Desktop. That way I always know where they are at.
