The Microsoft Windows Vista system control panel allows you to change many Windows Vista system settings. This tutorial will answer two basic Windows Vista questions, “What is the control panel?” and “Where in Windows Vista do I go to change different system settings?”. I see the Windows Control Panel as the settings hub where I can edit almost every basic setting in Windows.
