Adobe Acrobat Reader, also called “PDF” is used heavily by some businesses to distribute documents to employees and customers. Acrobat reader is also widely used by computer hardware and software companies to deliver you product manuals. These manuals are provided to you via the CD you get with the product you purchase or through the manufacturer website.

Besides the reader from the main company Adobe, you can also view Adobe PDF documents using 3rd party software. My two favorite 3rd party Acrobat PDF readers that work well are Foxit and Sumatra.

Please Note: I am using the Firefox browser in this tutorial but most versions of Internet Explorer, Opera, Safari and other browsers may be used.
