Hi! Please do the following so I can get more information from your computer…
Step 1 – Hold Down the “Windows Key” on your keyboard then tap the “R” key
Step 2 – Type in the new dialogue box that pops up “dxdiag” and click “OK”
Step 3 – Click the button on the bottom button that says, “Save All Information…”
————A text file will be created, save it to your Desktop
Step 4 – Open the text file. Under the “System Information” COPY everything from “Operating System” down to “DxDiag Version:”. PASTE that information here so we can see it to properly diagnose your problem.

I just did this on my computer to show you an example of what the text info we need looks like. This is what I have on my computer…
